Job requirement

Primary Objective:

  • To attract more customers to visit the shopping Center
  • To support the tenants for the best sales performance and maximize sales revenues of each store.
  • To utilize assets and earn other income

Key Activities:

  • Lease contract management
  • Planning and implementation for getting SC other income
  • Planning and implementation of sales promotions

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementation for getting SC other income
  • To plan and implement the short term event
  • To plan and implement for getting SC other income (ex. Storage, Advertisement etc.)
  • To manage the contracts.
  • Planning and implementation of sales promotions
  • To analyze data such as sales and rent of tenants, and using it to make improvements
  • To plan and implement sales promotions.
  • To communicate with the store managers of each tenants
