Mô tả công việc

  • Introduce and instruct customers to prepare the necessary documents for overseas study in the following countries: England, Australia, America, New Zealand, Canada, and Singapore.
  • Conduct research and information updates on visa policies and the application process for studying abroad.
  • Inform customers about the admissions procedure and respond to any inquiries they may have.
  • Provide translation services and assistance to customers applying for visas and following their study abroad experience.
  • Work with the Embassy of other countries on the visa application process.
  • Job details will be discussed in the Interview.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Have Bachelor's degree majoring in economics, business, marketing, communication, foreign languages...
  • Experience in consulting on overseas study programs or processing study abroad documents is preferred.
  • Must have attention to detail and be highly organized
  • Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on computer
  • Professional email and phone communication is required
