3D Interior Design Manager

• Lead the full interior design process for a retail store, playgound, kindergarten including concept development, 3D modeling, and final layout design.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings, mood boards, and visual presentations.
• Select furniture, colors, lighting, and materials that are safe, ergonomic, and appealing for children.
• Work closely with stakeholders including founders, contractors, and architects to ensure the design meets safety standards, branding guidelines, and business goals.
• Manage a small team of junior designers or freelancers if needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and supervise on-site installation to ensure design intent is realized.
• Stay current with trends in interior design, especially in child-focused hospitality and play environments.

• IELTS >= 6.0
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior design, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or project management role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial interior designs (kids’ spaces or family-focused venues are a big plus).
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of child safety standards, playful spatial design, and practical execution.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
