Job requirement
Lead the full interior design process for a retail store, playgound, kindergarten including concept development, 3D modeling, and final layout design.
Create high-quality 3D renderings, mood boards, and visual presentations.
Select furniture, colors, lighting, and materials that are safe, ergonomic, and appealing for children.
Work closely with stakeholders including founders, contractors, and architects to ensure the design meets safety standards, branding guidelines, and business goals.
Manage a small team of junior designers or freelancers if needed.
Coordinate with suppliers and supervise on-site installation to ensure design intent is realized.
Stay current with trends in interior design, especially in child-focused hospitality and play environments.
