<Job Responsibilities>- Create concept drawings to send to contractors for bidding, and find Value Engineering items.- Check drawings and the contractor's quotes.- When winning the bid, conduct the permitting phase, establish the drawing design schedule, and control the progress and quality of the drawings.- Work with parties such as contractors, consultants to complete the permitting process (need communication skills, management, knowledge, and understanding of VN standards, NFPA, IEC...).- Manage contractors on progress and techniques for construction documents (Need in-depth knowledge of electrical, ELV, combine, Revit, Navisworks, ACC)- Check and approve shop drawings, materials....- Participate in weekly meetings to coordinate departments at the construction site.- Participate in the inspection and acceptance of works.
