121159 - MEP Design Engineer (Electric) - Construction

- Work Location: Xom Chieu Ward, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
- Create concept drawings to send to contractors for bidding, and find Value Engineering items.
- Check drawings and the contractor's quotes.
- When winning the bid, conduct the permitting phase, establish the drawing design schedule, and control the progress and quality of the drawings.
- Work with parties such as contractors, consultants to complete the permitting process (need communication skills, management, knowledge, and understanding of VN standards, NFPA, IEC...).
- Manage contractors on progress and techniques for construction documents (Need in-depth knowledge of electrical, ELV, combine, Revit, Navisworks, ACC)
- Check and approve shop drawings, materials....
- Participate in weekly meetings to coordinate departments at the construction site.
- Participate in the inspection and acceptance of works.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, Major in electrical systems
・Language: English - Intermediate Level 
・Experience: 5 years or more of experience as an MEP Design Engineer in a construction company
・Other:
- Need in-depth knowledge of electrical, ELV, combine, Revit, Navisworks, and ACC
- Not a Job hopper

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience in a Japanese general contractor
