<Job Responsibilities>- Construct the sales strategy and plan to achieve the sales and associated targets.- Manage the Sales team and local relationship with travel trade partners and other partners- Initiate and follow up on sales team actions, obtain sales leads and seek new business.- Help to negotiate discount rates, commissions, and contracts in a timely manner to ensure the best return on investment.- Monitor the effectiveness of incentive/discount schemes by conducting regular and timely performance reviews to maximize available and potential sales opportunities.- Make sales visits to clients to conduct presentations, and seminars, and provide updates on products and services to enhance sales opportunities and facilitate sales.- Service existing portfolios or accounts to maintain and grow the value.- Seek ways to improve the quality of the revenue generated by the portfolio- Support new business development.- Support marketing activities.
