Contacting potential partner/clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to promote the wellbeing service
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, partnership
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Developing proposals for clients/partners
Coordinating with partner’s Medical Providers to prepare the quotation, proposal to clients
Being the Project Leader for the assigned accounts and coordinate with other departments to ensure the clients’ requirements is reached
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Consolidating sale activities reports and forwarding to Head of Department for critical analysis prior to reporting to headquarter
Other tasks assigned by the Company.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good at English
At least 2 years of experience in corporate account management in Corporate Healthcare, Medical Benefit, Insurance, Customer Services
Able to work under pressure.
Presentation skills and be able to give professional advice.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
It will be an advantage if you have
Medical background is preferred
