Job requirement

  • Contacting potential partner/clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to promote the wellbeing service
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, partnership
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing proposals for clients/partners
  • Coordinating with partner’s Medical Providers to prepare the quotation, proposal to clients
  • Being the Project Leader for the assigned accounts and coordinate with other departments to ensure the clients’ requirements is reached
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Consolidating sale activities reports and forwarding to Head of Department for critical analysis prior to reporting to headquarter
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company.

Job requirement

  • Good at English
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate account management in Corporate Healthcare, Medical Benefit, Insurance, Customer Services
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Presentation skills and be able to give professional advice.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

It will be an advantage if you have

  • Medical background is preferred
