Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations:

  • Coordinate with departments to execute daily operation plans effectively.
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, and productivity to meet customer and company KPIs.
  • Train and guide staff to follow SOPs and job standards.
  • Identify and resolve operational and system issues.

2. Project Development:

  • Participate in setting up processes for new projects.
  • Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Review and address non-conformities in operations.

3. Manpower Management:

  • Update and deliver training programs for inbound/outbound staff.
  • Supervise staff to ensure compliance with work instructions.
  • Revise procedures based on customer requirements or internal changes.

4. Expected Outcomes:

  • Achieve customer and departmental KPIs.
  • Meet business performance targets.
