Warehouse Staff (Senior)

Outbound Tasks

• Handle pick ticket, packing, and send reports to customers.
• Track booking releases and update outbound plans.
• Process outbound documentation via Mbolkey.

Inbound Tasks

• Verify PO/ASN and coordinate with related parties.
• Plan warehouse capacity and customer bookings.
• Confirm CI/PL with factory and broker, manage documentation.
• Reconcile stock between WMS and customs.
• Report container issues and send NC reports if needed.

Documentation & Reporting

• Collect and store operational documents.
• Report and resolve system/data issues.
• Provide data for KPI and billing reports.
• Maintain issue tracking list.

Customer & Inventory

• Respond to customer feedback with supervisor support.
• Check received stock and resolve missing data.
• Perform warehouse cycle counts.

General Duties

• Follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Support other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
