Job Summary:

Linfox Logistics Vietnam is looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Assistant Manager to support our dedicated customer operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and transportation activities, people and property management, safety compliance, and ensuring operational excellence in line with our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage warehouse & transportation operations including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, dispatching, documentation, and space optimization.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
• Monitor stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and discrepancy control.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance within the warehouse area.
• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and development of the warehouse team.
• Prepare operational reports: daily/monthly volumes, KPIs, billing, and materials usage.
• Act as key liaison between the warehouse team and the Distribution Centre Manager
