Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
Operations and Maintenance Services
- Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email , remote or onsite
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of the same
- Perform preventive maintenance of telephony systems.
- Research and providing PBX solutions
Implementing Enterprise Unified Communications.
Coordinating and working with vendors, carriers on VOIP infrastructure and trunk services.
Produce and maintain all necessary technical documentation.
