Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor

• Reports to the plant manager. -  Management and control of the raw materials, consumables, and safe storage, inventory, and issuance to the related departments. -  Develop a plan to implement material flow management systems to meet production needs. -  Planning and implementing tasks such as repairing, expanding, renewing, and installing equipment for the warehouse system to meet the company's requirements. -  Evaluate and set up an effective treatment plan to avoid causing adverse effects on the operation of the company. - C oordinate with the Production Planning department to ensure the delivery schedule will be met within the specified time. -  Managing and securing the dispatching of produced goods. -  Review and approval of shipping documents prior to the goods leaving the company premises. -  Manage and supervise the storage control, particularly for the chemical and fire hazard materials to avoid fire, damage, and other safety-related incidents. -  Organize the implementation of 5S work at the warehouse -
• Directing personnel to perform a periodic inventory of goods and assets. -
• Conduct training with the employees, set clear goals, monitor employee performance, and ensure they comply with safety rules and procedures. -  Manage and assign tasks to each member of the department, guide, and create an effective working environment for the whole warehouse -  Perform other arising tasks as directed by superiors

Education

• Degree in Engineering or in a relevant field; Candidates with experience in the steel structure are preferred
• Experience:  3 yrs. In a similar role

English

• Intermediate
• Computer skill: - Word, excel, power point, CAD, 2D. - Good skill in Software : Misa, ERP
• Other: -        Excellent knowledge of the warehousing system; -        Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics; -        Working knowledge of safety management information systems; -        Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; -        Outstanding organizational skills; -        Team player; -        Excellent attention to detail; -        Strong leadership skills; -        Computer literate.
