Shipping Receiving Supervisor

A. Receiving

• Checking shipment, signing to receive
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for discrepancies and damages
• Checking in details against the invoice
• Inform relevant department shipment status
• Communicate with shipping personnel regarding incoming deliveries or special instructions

B. Merchandise Shipment

• Send material component list to import dep for test process
• Delivery samples for test center
• Receive test result, submit document to DPI

C. Label

• Follow the price upload status of all invoices
• Checking price label after accountant done price
• Request departments update again (if label not correct).
• Print and check label

D. Complete Process

• Stick price label
• Stick conformity label for clothes
• Stock input, delivery NAV for the branch (TRSG, TRHN, RESG, SGHN, SSC, HDSG, HDHN, HDDN)
• Delivery & load products
• Prepare daily shipping schedule for the carriers and follow up to ensure the loads are covered
• Retrieve, package, and weigh items from the warehouse and document the correct shipment details
• Sign for incoming deliveries, may load and unload delivery trailers/trucks by hand or with material handling equipment as needed
• Report shipping and receiving details to the appropriate departments
• E. Management responsibilities
• Supervises and coordinates activities of staffs engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment
• Create a team environment
• Monitor productivity and assist staffs with productivity problems
• Monitor staff attendance and report to HR department.
