Temp Banking Accountant

Salary : 13.000.000 - 15.000.000
Working Place : 39 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward , District 1, HCMC
Working Time : From Monday to Friday ( Office hour )

What you will do ??

1 / Perform banking and accounting transactions of :
*** In-coming funds from the payment from distributors/customers
. Daily check the coming funds in the bank statements
. Daily post coming funds into SAP system.
. Report/Update payments in finance share folder.
*** Out-going payments to suppliers , customs and taxes
. Perform upload payment data to e-banking system.
. Submitting the supportting payment documents to the bank.
. Obtain authorization signatures for all payment.
. Check the out- going funds .
2 / Month-end Closing and Accounting reporting :
. Reconcile the closing balances of all bank accounts .
. Making report.

Requirements :
- Female / University graduated
- At least 2 years experiences in accounting.
- Fluency in English ( Writing & Speaking ) , MS Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook )
- Good knowledge of VietNam Accounting Standards, taxation and regulations.
