Job Description

• Review transaction records to ensure its accuracy
• Ensure all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with the company’s policy;
• Check and summary figures from receivable/ payable accountant and prepare cash forecast report.
• Make monthly comparison cash report between actual & forecast.
• Work with bank, tax office, and authorities;
• Follow loan contract, loan amount and loan interest payable.
• Prepares asset, liability, payables
• Inventory tracking
• Perform bank reconciliations;
• Check commission reports
• Review output and input VAT report and submit to tax department on time.
• Prepare PIT report to submit to tax department
• Organize, manage and store Accounting documents;
• Assist in rolling budgets and long-term planning & control;
• Prepare monthly financial report and send to CA on time.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance/ Accounting
• At least 1 years of relevant work experience
• Trustworthy, Careful
• Integrity
• Must have good English
