Details

Due to the expansion of Vietnam Sales & Customer Management team, we are looking for three Telesales Executives based in Ho Chi Minh City to join this exciting new team. The Telesales Executive will handle all marketing enquiries whilst ensuring a high quality customer experience about all Exams products and services. They will support the wider exams team in achieving its annual business targets by converting enquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

• Handling enquiries
• Outbound Calls
• Database Management and Record Keeping
• Marketing and Sales Support
• Carry out administrative duties in support of the team’s operation
• Attend regular professional development and skills training programmes
• Other duties such as participation at Open Days, Exams Events, Seminars, Evening Receptions and Offsite Promotions, etc.

What you will need

• A graduate degree
• Excellent English and Vietnamese
• At least two years’ experience in a customer service/sales environment
• Competent IT skills
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills
• Very good sales skills
• Previous experience working with children
