Senior HSE Executive, SPX Express (Hung Yen)

• Guidance & Support: Guide HSE programs for employees/supervisors and support project/operations teams on all safety, health, and environmental matters.
• Policy, SOP & Training Management: Implement and monitor compliance with HSE policies and standards; develop and maintain SOPs; and coordinate HSE training and safety records. 
• Risk, Inspection & Incident Management: Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, site inspections and audits; lead or participate in incident and near-miss investigations; and drive corrective and preventive actions. 
• Emergency Preparedness & Compliance: Maintain emergency readiness, ensure compliance with HSE requirements and regulations, and liaise with relevant authorities.
• HSE Performance & Improvement: Monitor HSE performance, support HSE initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and perform other HSE-related tasks as assigned. 

Yêu cầu

• Manufacturing or Logistic (Warehouse) experience and at least 4-5 years recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience of writing and implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, Fire Safety Management/Risk assessment.
• Graduated from college/university major in Technical, HSE or related fields

Nice to have: 

• Experience in both Construction & Manufacturing
• Able to lead a small but remote team and advise on all Health and Safety matters, to all roles within the business.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, 5S, Kaizen, standards and HSE.
• Ability to read, understand and capture technical drawings
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
