About the Role

• As AIRR Labs continues to grow and expand, our HR team is growing with it. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the company's talent attraction activities.
• You will join a young, dynamic environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your career path in recruitment.
• After 3 months of internship and training, you will have the chance to become a full-time employee and build a long-term career with the company. .

Responsibilities

• Receive hiring requests from departments and log them in the recruitment tracker.
• Work with business teams and leaders to understand each open position, its requirements and the profile of the ideal candidate.
• Post jobs on recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, VietnamWorks and CareerViet, and run Boolean searches to find suitable candidates.
• Work with the hiring team to move candidates through each stage: screening, interview, offer and welcome onboard.
• Handle admin tasks related to new-hire employee files, such as collecting, checking and recording documents.

Requirements

• Final-year student who has completed all coursework, or a recent graduate, and is available for 3 consecutive months of full-time work
• Studying or graduated in a relevant field, such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related fields
• A clear interest in building a career in recruitment or HR, and a genuine wish to become a full-time Talent Acquisition professional
• Proactive and self-driven: you take initiative, ask questions early and follow tasks through without being chased
• Detail-oriented and well organised, able to handle large volumes of documents and data accurately
• Respect for confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets.
