Job Description

• Posting job advertisements via various channels (recruitment site, social platform,...)
• Contact candidates, phone interview, welcome candidates, arrange test and schedule interview
• Orientation onboarding for new members
• Be in charge of the full-cycle Recruiting process
• Join to build candidates database
• Other administrative required by Mentor

Requirement

• Being 3rd/4th-year student or fresh-graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related major
• Be able to work full-time
• Good communication both writing and verbal
• Good at English communication and writing
• Being meticulous, proactive and having can-do attitude
• Being able to use Photoshop/Ai is a plus.
