- Talent Acquisition: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates - Collaborate with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs. - Employer Branding: Develop and promote the company's image and culture to attract quality candidates. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience: + Identify recruitment channels and propose service contracts/quotations. + Post job advertisements. + Screen and shortlist candidates. + Coordinate and schedule interviews with P&C and Department Managers. + Conduct interviews and select successful candidates. + Offer and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and coordinate the onboarding process. - Plan and participate in University Job Fairs. - Payment process for recruitment-related expenses. *Learning & Development: - Performance Management (PMS): Implement performance review cycles, provide feedback, and guide Individual Development Plans. - Competency and Training Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps among employees and departments. - Learning & Development Program: Design and implement training programs to enhance technical, soft, and leadership skills, including, including: + Onboarding program for new hires + Skill Training Programs + Operation training courses + Specialized internal courses of Group and Region. + Internship program for students from Japanese Universities - Career Pathing and Succession Planning: Build clear career advancement paths and identify/develope high potential employees for key future leadership roles.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Human Resource Management or related fields. - At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, foreign labor procedures, and training - Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility. - Ability to handle tasks proactively and coordinate effectively with relevant departments. - Communication in English (written and oral) - Working place: Hồ Chí Minh (Etown Building - 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh Ward)
