Talent Acquisition (14-month contract)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• 1. Work with hiring managers and schedule pre-recruiting meetings to be sure all the needs and wants are understood before searching.
• 2. Source, contact, and research potential passive candidates that might meet the requirements.
• 3. Schedule phone and in person interviews, gather follow-up information from hiring managers for follow-up to candidates.
• 4. Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
• 5. Place ads on various social media outlets, websites, etc.
• 6. When necessary, arrange travel for candidates out of the area to interview, tour, etc.
• 7. Manage the student/co-op program for all areas, including attendance at job fairs, campus career days, etc.
• 8. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, OFCCP and other guidelines and laws.
• 9. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. “The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position.
• Associates may be asked to perform additional tasks depending on strengths and capabilities.”

Required Experience

• 1. At least  1 Year Recruiting Experience . Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• 2. Sourcing & Boolean knowledge is desired.
• 3. Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems; Jobvite is preferred.
• 4. Must have great communication skills as this person will be interacting with all levels of the organization.
• 5. Must have great organizational & Time Management skills.
• 6. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously as priorities can change very quickly.
• 7. Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes.

Education

• 1. Bachelors in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent. ​What do you get?   2-month probation time with 100% salary 13th month salary
