Supply Chain Manager in Dong Nai

Working time and place:

Mon-Fri 8:00am-4h30pm 

Working location: Giang Điền, Trảng Bom, Đồng Nai (shuttle bus available; pick up points: BigC Đồng Nai & Dong Nai general hospital)

Job Description:

• Manage 3 sub-teams/functions: Purchasing / Planning/ Logistic
• Negotiate prices and contract with suppliers for materials needed for production
• Work with related departments to source the right products
• Control manufacturing and delivery processes
• Control lead time of supplied materials
• Work on forecasts and inventories to ensure manufacturing needs met on time
• Improve, feedback suppliers, and develop supply chain process, find new suppliers
• Ensure the purchased product quality met our specifications
• Foresee risks in supply chain, follow global markets and raw material prices
• Coordinate and build up the team for material planning and production planning to work in collaboration.
• Others as assigned by management.

Salary: 35 - 40 million VND/ month (negotiable)

Requirements

• Good in English.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, integrity, and management skills.
• At least 3 years experience in the same position (international sewing company size 250 employees.
