Your Role Specialty Areas

Keep abreast with business update to monitor product & code changes;Coordinate and track to ensure other non-system requirements are ready on time;Update Active SKU Line Up Files on regular basis;Attend to queries on the status of product code readiness;

Role Responsibilities:

Daily track Order to Delivery;Generate Daily US Run to Target (RTT) to track shipments from US to Asia Pacific;Maintenance of Shipping Instructions by Ship To Point;Pre-Invoicing Doc Check (Packing List, BOL & PO);Invoicing & Good Receipt into P&G Plant (5685) then invoice to Distributors;Truck-sizing of containers where applicable;

And so many more challenging yet exciting tasks.

All these missions require a strong multi-functional work, which means that you'll work with other functions both internally and externally and you will be responsible to make sure that we have the right product at the right place with the right cost.

What we are looking for:

Young professionals with 0-3 years of experience.

Skill, experience and training:

• Strong understanding of market specifics and customer structure;
• Skillfulness in use of MS Excel with an exceptionally good organizational skill as the job involves plenty of tracking;
• Able to keep up in dynamic business environment;
• Strong English communications skill;

Attitude:

• Willingness to learn and grow;
• Be able to work independently with little supervision;
• Be an excellent team player with a good customer service approach;
• Be open to job rotation within the team;
• A healthy dose of positive attitude that drives excellence;
