Supplier Sourcing Associate - Shopee

• Conduct market price surveys, source, and evaluate reputable local suppliers 
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and operational details; proceed with commercial contract execution. 
• Handle arising issues related to goods, operations, etc 
• Receive information from suppliers and assess its impact on business operations 
• Prepare periodic performance efficiency reports and manage the supplier database 
• Other tasks/duties assigned by the Head of Department/ Line Manager

Yêu cầu

• Fresh graduate or up to 1  year of experience in e-commerce operations, shop operations, commercial operations, or related fields;
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and collaborative attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple purchasing order and suppliers
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices
