Appointment : Sales Engineer (for Personal Protective Equipment)

Reports to : Sales Manager

Core Products : hearing protection, respirator, protective eyewear, head protection, fall protection, etc.

1. Major Responsibility

Manage Customers to achieve sales & distribution coverage Target

2. Job Expectations

• Achieve sales target assigned by promoting a broad range of products and solutions, leveraging the personal protective equipment

• Provide demo presentation/consultation to customers to relieve occupational health risks
• Provide training to distributor’ sales team
• Develop, monitor sales and update the competitive situation at the assigned market
• Coordinate with the team to make cross sales at assigned market
• Be able to work independently to develop sales approaches to potential customer segments
• Submit plans of activities, sales report and attend sales meeting every month

3. Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably safety market segment
• University graduate, Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Engineer is a plus
• Good understanding of environmental and health & safety laws and legal processes
• Good communicating and excellent writing (both Vietnamese and English) skills
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
• Independently to execute assignments
• Target oriented
• Good command of English
