Sales Service

* Responsibilities
As a Sales Service, you'll need to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.
- Processing orders via email or phone
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaising with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Developing monthly sales reports
- Communicating important feedback from customers internally
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with new products and features
* Working hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00; Lunchtime: 12:00 - 13:00
- Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, Marketing, Sales or relevant field
- Experience: At least 1 years work in Sales administrator or Sales support field. Candidates worked with same position in similar company is preferred
- English: TOEIC/ TOEFL/ IELTS - fluent verbal and written in communication, reporting, planning with foreign suppliers
- Have Supply Chain and Business Background
- Understand pharmaceutical, functional foods, cosmetics, animal feed, veterinary drugs, paints and plastics, and other chemical industries.
- Exellent organizational, multitasking skills and computer skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
