Sales Manager (work in Ho Chi Minh City)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales & marketing and operation in south and central Vietnam. Develop and maintain high level relationship with channels / business partners /customers in relevant sectors such as Retail includes Furniture, Real Estate, Virtual Event, Education... for the 3D/4D/VR/AR immersive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and marketing strategy and business result for Silversea Media mainly in South and Central Vietnam
• Responsible for market intelligence including the competition analysis
• Develop, build and maintain high level relationship with key customers and partners
• Prioritize/build resources, skills and activities to be in line with business opportunities
• Synthesize monthly, quarterly and annual reports on progress and development
• Recruit, build and develop the local team in South Vietnam, manage staff including performance monitoring, mentoring and training
• Maintain good and solid public relationship with relevant local authorities, media and organizations and Build and develop Silversea Media in South and Central Vietnam

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ or more experience in sales management and business development
• Have leadership experience
• Significant hands-on sales and marketing experience
• Exceptionally well organized and driven by success
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
• Solid history of data-driven strategic development
• Decisive and committed, a natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
