Sales Coordinator (Sales Administration)

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales related equipment and materials
• Acting as primary customer service contact for dealers / customers. Responding to complaints from customers and after sale support when requested. Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Manage quotation request and tenders by coordinating with relevant departments
• Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timelines.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify short comings and propose improvements.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
• Assist sales manager in preparation of reports and ensure timely submission.
• Others will be discussed during interview.
• Skills Required
  • Good administrative tasks; well-organized, independently and problem solving skill.
  • Excellent in communication; Sales and Customer service skill.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and deadline meeting.
  • Excellent in English (Spoken & Written). This is a MUST.
  • Good Computer skill (MS office – Work, Excel, PPT)

• Requirements

  • Male or Female aged 22 – 35
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 2 years experience in sales. Refrigeration industry is an advantage.
  • Sociable, energetic, dynamic, reliable, self-motivated, “Can do” attitude and willing to learn.

Working location: Hiep Phuoc industry zone, Nha Be district, HCMC
