Position: Sales Coordinator - Machinery

Responsibility

• Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments.
• Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
• Making daily in/out reports.
• Support to make quotation as being required
• Make rental contracts with customers
• Accounting task: Make assets, issue invoices, make payment documents, contact customer following payment status.
• Make a site sheet every day
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
• Working location: Thach That, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 434～625USD

Requirements

・Age: 25-35

・Gender: Female preferable

・Background education: University or college graduate

・Language: English - Intermediate

・Experience: 

• 3 year of experience as a Sales Support/ Sales Admin or related position
• In which, at least 2 years experience as an Accountant

・Skill: Good at word, excel, and accounting software
