Position: Sales Coordinator - Machinery

Responsibility

• Coordinate with salesmen to receive Forecast & PO from customers
• Input PO & FC into systems (ISAS 400)
• Coordinate with salesman/factory/customers to fix the delivery schedule
• Send delivery update to customer
• Follow up with  delivery schedule & send shipping docs to customer
• Follow up with payment from customers
• Clear payment  in systems
• Other jobs assigned by A. Manager and manager
• Customer location:  in the North of Vietnam
• Business trip: not frequently  (1-3 times/month)
• Working location: Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 700～1,000USD

Requirements

・University Degree (international business; international trading/commerce; Logistics...) 

・Age: 25-32. Gender: Female is preferred 

・Foreign language: English speaking fluently & good writing 

・Working experience: 3- 5 year of experience as sales, sales support, sales coordinator in FDI companies, in tangible products. 

・Experience in Japanese company

・Experience in technical, industrial products
