Sales coordinator in Mobility Solution Group in Hanoi ofice.
Operating current business for ordering, delivery, forecast, inventory control.
Check the credit line, aging stock, payment of existing customers.
Make quotation for new inquiry & existing products (during price change).
Visit customers when some quality, delivery, cost problems occur.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Handling products such as plastic resins, raw material and chemical products for automotive products.
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Report the result of sales plan and turnover for Sales Manager.

English skill; Upper-intermediate or above.
Knowledge & Experience in SAP system input.
Good numerical skills.
Can communicate effectively with customers/suppliers & colleagues.
Fast Learner.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordinator & customer service. Knowledge on SAP system is advantage (Prefer).
