PST - Mechanical Engineer - Cu Chi
Mô tả công việc
- 1. Provide engineering support to production according to designated scope and procedures set by CPT.
- 2. Follow up CIP projects from ideation to implementation in mass production.
- 3. Work with multiple teams (quality, lab, supplier…) to test, evaluate and validate new components or products.
- 4. Facilitate project flow including regular contact with other functional team members.
- 5. Keep track of project schedule and ensure the adherence to milestones; keep management informed on project issues.
- 6. Interact with suppliers to develop part/product specifications that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.
- 7. Involve in failure analysis activities, work with Engineering, SQE, suppliers to develop solution and follow up the implementation.
- 8. Update engineering documents include CAD drawing, BOM, ECO, SER, etc. and follow up for review and release. 9. Provide support to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or related fields.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
- 1. Familiar with product evaluation and validation process.
- 2. Good at GD&T, 2D and 3D CAD (NX, ProE).
- 3. Experience in BOM management and Engineering Change process.
- 4. Knowledge of PCBA or Motor manufacturing and diagnosis is a plus.
- 5. Familiar with product safety approval such as HSF, RoHS.
- 6. Good computer skills, familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter).
- Others
- 1. Good English communication, verbal and written.
- 2. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- 3. Good presentation and reporting skills.
- 4. Able to work under pressure, self-initiative, team-player.
