PRODUCTION MANAGER (Korean nationality)

This senior leadership position is critical to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all factory production for the organization. 

1. End-to-end monitoring of the production process.
2. Responsibility of production planning and production output.
3. Upgrade process of production technology.
4. Improvement productivity, performance
5. Provide strategic improvement and rationalization projects
 

Preferred Experience: 
You will have an advantage if you –
1. Have received Engineering and/or Production Management awards in the past
2. Have in-depth knowledge of generally accepted production management protocols
3. Are proficient in the use computer office programs
4. Have the experience of ERP software system
5. Have the knowledge of the lean production or Six Sigma

Requirements: 
The successful candidate will – 
1. Have a university degree in Engineering/ Technical
2. Be an experienced in Production +2 years
3. Have knowledge of provincial legislations on Employee Standards, Occupational Health & Safety and Human Rights
5. English communication skill 
6. Vietnamese skill (if Korean)
