- Ensuring the highest standard of guest service provide to all Regular, VIP guests.
- Communicates with General Manager all matters related to departmental guests in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
- Ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction through the organization.
- Direct exchange of the interview.
