Procurement Executive (Chinese Speaking)

- Source and develop potential suppliers, primarily in China, to meet the company's purchasing requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with Chinese suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing, commercial terms, lead time, and delivery schedules.
- Support price negotiation and supplier selection to achieve competitive purchasing costs.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), monitor order status, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, Production, etc.) to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining long-term supplier relationships.
- Follow up and coordinate with suppliers to resolve purchasing, quality, and delivery issues.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, alternative sources, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Requirements
- Good command of Chinese (Mandarin), with the ability to communicate directly with Chinese suppliers in daily business activities.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic office applications.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and supplier management.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, Logistics, Merchandising, or other related fields is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with good Chinese communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with Chinese suppliers, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical materials, electrical components, or production-related equipment is an advantage.
