Overseas Sales Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive training in logistics fundamentals, international freight forwarding and Glotrans's services
• Research and build lists of potential overseas agents and customers in target markets
• Write and send English emails to introduce our services, quote rates and follow up with partners
• Connect with partners and maintain those relationships
• Work with the Pricing team to check rates, help prepare quotations and track partner responses
• Update partner data and report your progress to your mentor regularly
• Join training sessions, team meetings and company activities

• REQUIREMENTS
• Third- or fourth-year student or recent graduate in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Economics, International Business, English Language or a related field
• Good English reading and writing skills; confident listening and speaking is an advantage; Chinese, Korean or Japanese is a plus
• Available at least 4 sessions per week throughout the program; full-time interns are preferred
• Proactive, persistent, eager to learn and ready to work toward targets
• Good communication, logical thinking and flexible problem-solving
• Good command of Excel and email; experience with AI tools is an advantage
• No prior experience required
