Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Category Marketing Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance.
• Collaborating with internal (engineering, supply chain, customer service, online marketing, commercial team, etc.) and external stakeholders (strategic brands, their media agencies, etc.) for all aspects of campaign ideation, planning and monitoring (target setting, budget, traffic estimation, optimization etc.).
• Manage communication between upper management and employees
• Stay current with company offerings and industry trends to identify key drivers to foster partnership with strategic brands.
• Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices to strategic brands.
• Creation and implementation of online marketing & visual merchandising plans with strategic brands to develop effective co-marketing opportunities and branding integrations/activations in coordination with the Commercial Teams and Online Marketing Teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
• Strong analytical skills (has background in using MS Office, specifically MS Excel; experienced in Google Analytics/SQL is a plus).
• Expert at project management.
• Have background of 2 or more year in FMCG/Electronics/Lifestyle/Fashion or Book industry (experienced in both retail brand side & agency side is a plus, experienced in merchandise is a plus plus).
• Independent, proactive and critical thinking skills.
• Must be very flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and performance media is a plus but not required.
