Logistics Executive

Job Purpose

• Manage end-to-end import/export operations ensuring compliance, timeliness, and quality control.

1. Import & Export Operations

• Execute and monitor shipments (sea/air).
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO...).
• Ensure compliance with regulations.

3. Logistics Agencies Coordination

• Work with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Request quotations and evaluate vendors.

4. Quality Inspection & Control

• Ensure goods meet quality standards before shipment.
• Handle inspection reports and resolve quality issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in import-export.
• Proficient in English or Chinese (Mandarin).
• Experience in fashion/retail industry is preferred.
