JOB DUTIES:
 Report to Japanese Director (60 years old / Man)
 Assigned to The company Representative Office
 Job Responsibilities:
- Go to the business trip with Japanese Director and interpret Japanese to English for the meeting
- Find potential tenants for the shopping malls around South-Eastern Asia
- Negotiate rent conditions and contract with potential tenants
- Calculate the rental charges
- Follow up with tenants during fit-out period to assure opening date
- Coordinate with other departments to support tenants and solve related problem
- Other tasks as assigned by Leasing Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Essential Requirements
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
- Language Skills: English Proficient / Japanese N1 level or more
- Gender: Any
- Age: Any
- Can go to the business trip with Japanese manager about 150 days every year
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Don’t feel reluctant in calculate the rent fee and negotiate the client
