Human Resource Manager - Bac Tan Uyen, Binh Duong

Reporting to Plant Manager/ GM (Chinese)

• Review the recruitment process regularly to ensure the right people are attracting and retaining in the company
• Develop, recommend and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of HR activities.
• Develop and implement the training program to enhance the competence and quality of the employees and foster attitude toward company goals.
• Conduct internal HR audit regularly to ensure the employment practices are complied with the company's policies and all the legal requirements.
• Provide services as consultant & liaison to employees to maintain a positive work environment.
• Drive effective use of performance management system to improve and enhance employee productivity and development.
• Handle government issues such as environment, firefighting and so on.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years HR & Admin experience
• Proficiency in VN labor law and regulations and HR concepts 
• Very familiar with working practice and process of governments;
• Having good relationship with governmental departments;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong consulting, influencing and coaching skills
• Strong customer-service focus
• Good English, preference in speaking Chinese
