Roles and responsibilities:

Reporting to Vietnam Country Manager and HR Group Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose the suitable programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talents; coordinate with external partners for payroll execution
• Review policies and practices to maintain HR local compliance
• Plan and conduct new employees’ integration to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
• Develop learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
• Define suitable HR strategies for company scaling plan
• Oversee the daily workflow of HR department team; report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Your profile:

• From Bachelor degree in Human Resources,  Business Administration or any related field of study  
• A minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, with experience as business partner professional services sector is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices
• Experienced working with international partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Having leadership and long-term vision
• Flexible and adaptable to changes
