[HCM] Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• As a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive at OMH VIETNAM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales growth and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

1.       Sales (50%)

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms, providing product information and consultation
• Guide customers through the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
• Identify and research potential B2B clients, including distributors, retailers, and hospitality businesses
• Support the sales team in executing strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Provide excellent customer support to enhance client satisfaction

2.       Marketing (50%)

• Support marketing activities across multiple channels, including website, e-commerce platforms, and social media
• Assist in preparing materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications

• A passion for sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• No experience required – training will be provided
• Being creative is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field is a plus

• Base salary: 10–20M/month + commission/bonuses (total income up to 20–40M/month)
