- Sales management (customer funds), expenditure supervision (construction costs), project company Cash Balance, Financial Model.
- Create project cost table.
- Project related.
- Accounting slip input / book management.
- Project company OPEX management.
- Supports preliminary settlement.
- Monthly BS / PL, consolidated PKG support.
- Audit / tax.
- Permit procedure.
- Bank negotiations.
- Bank guarantee, bank credit line setting.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree.
- English skill (over TOEIC 800 or over IELTS 6.5).
- Financial work experience at a major Vietnam (Or foreign) real estate developer over 5 years.
- High reporting ability.
- Age: around 30 years old.
