Senior Accountant

• Book and manage the Payable and Payment.
• Book and manage the Sales and Receivable.
• Prepare, declare and submit tax reports (VAT, WHT, CIT, …).
• Review source/supporting documents to ensure accuracy of information, calculations and compliances with accounting standards and internal policies/procedures.
• Responsibility for the preparation of General Ledger entries and reconciliations for month-end closing to close books in a timely manner (review and reconcile of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash balance, …).
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Work with auditor for the audited financial statements, footnotes and supplemental information.
• Responsibility for analyzing financial statements monthly and reporting on variances.
• Manage and organize all supporting documentations (ensure all book entries must have the data storage; clear, reasonable and valid supporting documents).
• Assures compliance with statutory and corporate policies, regulations and laws.
• Ownership of the internal and external financial and tax audit and examination processes.
• The extra tasks based on the request.

Qualification

• University graduation, major in Accounting and Finance.
• Vietnamese Chief Accounting certification (part qualified will be considered)

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years financial experience in commercial and/or public practice with 2 years at a senior level
