Finance Manager (chinese and English speaking)

• Engage in the set-up of FI module of SAP implementation project for Company
• Be responsible for operations related to accounting, ensure the operations are carried out in a main way, accurate, timely and in accordance with the Vietnamese accounting system
• Recheck payment dossier to assure completeness, compliance, and accuracy
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of tax reports: VAT, CIT, PIT and Tax finalization
• Perform month-end closing, prepare Annual Separate Financial Reports, consolidate group reports, and report package as requested by Group Finance and local BoM
• Prepare weekly cashflow, monthly management reports for BoM meetings and report to BoM during monthly meeting
• Prepare annual budget
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies, control expenses
• Work with different partners, including tax authorities, external Auditors, internal Auditors, legal Firm
• Other tasks assigned by Group Finance and local BoM.

Requirements: 

• University graduation, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Auditing
• ACCA completing or ACCA qualification or Chief Accountant Certificated is a plus
• Work experience in MNC is a plus.
• At least 3 years at the same position
• Strong knowledge in Vietnamese Tax and Accounting law, VAS and IFRS
• Well-organizing, hard-working, serious and careful, self-perceiving, team-oriented, be honest and assuming responsibilities.
• Ability to work on own initiative and under high pressure
• Leadership skill
• Excellent in using MS Office and SAP (FI module)
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in both oral and written Chinese is a plus.
