NPI Engineering Manager (Electronics/Bac Ninh/Chinese speaking)

Task is to lead and manage the NPI & CFT & Automationteam establishing technical objective and plan to

1.Introduce new products in close cooperation with customer, in-house staff and suppliers

2.Develop and adopt new production principles and strive for differentiation to competition

3.Rationalize existing production processes and principles

4.Lead the process/equipment development for new product

5.Identify Production processes that can be fully or semi automated in order to increase productivities

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate technical solutions, from definition phase through implementation.
• Creates and executes development plans, revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Consistently delivers high-quality services to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• Manage technical risks throughout the project.
• Performs technical reviews with customers, in-house staff and supplier
• Manages technical resources and project schedule.
• Participate to resolve issues related to tooling, molding, stamping, PCBA, assembly & CNC, etc processes and effectively applies knowhow for new projects
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.
• Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors engineers through formal and informal channels.
• Guide/monitor the testing/prototyping for new concept/new technology.
• Risk control for on going projects by risk analysis, evaluate and related plan.
• Organization & coordination among departments for the target achieving.
• Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate technical solutions, from definition phase through implementation.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering,

Computer knowledge in office and engineering software

Mechanical background

Good communication skill , Able to communication in English

Team working with international teams

Experience in full product development process. 

Product design experience and exposure to manufacturing environment that include stamping, molding, decorations, assembly, etc
