Engineering Project Manager (NPI) - Dau Giay

• Working location: Dau Giay Industrial Park - Dong Nai (Having shuttle bus from HCMC, Bien Hoa,  Long Thanh, Trang Bom)
• We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to serve as the primary communication bridge between our engineering teams in Vietnam and the Project Leadership team in the United States. This role is critical to ensuring that engineering projects move forward efficiently by driving daily communication, identifying risks early, coordinating cross functional teams, and maintaining project momentum.
• The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, excellent English communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced product development environment. This individual must be highly proactive, organized, and able to quickly identify issues, drive resolution, and communicate status effectively across global teams.
• Act as the primary engineering liaison between Vietnam engineering teams and U.S.-based Project Leaders (PLs).
• Lead daily communication regarding project status, engineering issues, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Proactively identify project risks, technical challenges, resource constraints, and schedule impacts before they become critical issues.
• Drive timely resolution of engineering and manufacturing issues through effective cross functional collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, technical reviews, and status updates
• Maintain accurate project schedules, issue trackers, action item lists, and project documentation.
• Ensure project priorities are clearly communicated and understood across all stakeholders.
• Escalate critical issues with appropriate urgency while providing clear recommendations and recovery plans.
• Support new product development (NPI) activities from concept through production.
• Foster strong collaboration between regional teams while promoting accountability and execution

• Education :  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Experience:   5+ years of experience in engineering, product development, or technical project management.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of engineering product development processes
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with international teams and customers.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmen

Other Abilities

• Experience working with U.S. or multinational engineering teams.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or consumer product development.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments in Asia
