JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Certificate, College Degree, Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in AEONMALL TÂN PHÚ
• Preferably Junior Staffs specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - shift C 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm
• No working experience required. Fresher will be trained.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise other supplier to keep clean and safety in Mall - 30%
• Follow up and manage the duties and any other work about tenant – 40%
• Check good food hygiene of F&B tenant – 10%
• Manage assets if any (furniture, toilet equipment, lights, air conditioner, etc.) – 10%
• Handle other basically work (support other department, instruct our regulation to tenant…) – 10%
